What is biscotti?
Biscotti is an Italian cookie that’s known in the United States as a twice baked cookie. First the batter is formed into a loaf, baked in the oven until golden brown, cooled, sliced and baked for a second time. It has a delightful crisp edge and is tender on the inside that melts perfectly in your mouth.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping anywhere in the continental United States for a flat rate of $7 for any sized order!
Can you ship outside of the US?
If you would like some biscotti shipped outside of the United States, please send us a message here and let us know where you would like it shipped and we can let you know if we are able and what the cost would be.
Is there a minimum order?
2 bags of any kind are the minimum we can send in each order. These biscotti tend to get devoured very quickly!
Is this biscotti rock hard like I’ve had before?
Gosh no! Authentic biscotti is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. It should never be rock hard.
What food allergens do these biscotti contain?

Our cookies may come into contact with different allergens during production. Please be advised that any of our products may contain allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and soy.
Can I pick them up locally?
If you live locally to the Alpharetta area, we can arrange for a dropoff.
Am I supposed to dunk them in something?
You certainly can, but don’t have to! You can enjoy them with your coffee, tea or wine (Vin Santo is the favorite paring in Italy behind espresso), but these biscotti are delicious on their own! Melt in your mouth, scrumptious either way.
How many biscotti are in each bag?
These wonderful biscotti are handcrafted and hand sliced, so the size of each biscotti can vary which is why we sell all varieties in half pound bags. Typically, bags include anywhere from 8-10 biscotti. The 3 Chocolatiers is especially heavy with all that chocolatey goodness so those packages may be limited to 7 biscotti but will in fact weigh half a pound.
How long will delivery take and can I pay for expedited delivery?
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. During Christmas season and other busy shipping seasons please allow for more time. At this time we are not able to do expedited shipping.
How long do the biscotti last?
There is a best buy date on the back of the bag. Typically, the biscotti tastes just as fresh for months just by using the resealable bag it comes in! Simply store your bag in your pantry, or convienietly next to your coffee machine.

My cookies were delivered broken or wrong! Can I get a refund?
We’re sincerely sorry to hear that your biscotti are ruined! We strive to pack every box with the upmost care your biscotti and you deserve. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your package and send us a picture of the damaged items, a picture of the internal packaging, and pictures of the outside of the box (all sides). We appreciate your patience as we do out best to make it right!
