The Bellanini Standard
We use premium ingredients to create the best experience that our customers can taste. We use real butter, fresh eggs, hand chopped nuts, premium chocolate, and only pure extracts. We source the finest liquors, mostly from Italy and Europe. We say no to seed oils, preservatives, and artificial ingredients (with the exceptions of candies or specialty products for seasonal flavors). If we wouldn’t serve it to our family, we wouldn’t serve it to yours!
The DNA of Bellanini’s Biscotti
Growing up, my mom baked her grandmother’s almond, anise, and brandy biscotti from Lucca, Italy. When I was old enough, I joined her, baking hundreds of biscotti each December to give as Christmas gifts. She always dreamed of starting a biscotti company, but she passed away at the end of 2022. To honor her, I’m sharing her biscotti with the world. My husband Kyle and I have built this business to keep her legacy alive. We hope you enjoy our biscotti as much as we do!
